At KHS, we realise the level of trust you place in us as guardians of your children. We take our responsibility as educators and carers very seriously and have gone to the lengths necessary to ensure, to the highest possible degree that your child, once in school is as safe, secure and comfortable as possible.

Some safety features at KHS, which are constantly being upgraded are:

SECURITY

• Complete security camera coverage including in classrooms, corridors, labs and other student access areas.
• Daily records of all visitors to campus (including on holidays)
• Preparation through mock drills and workshops in case of fire, earthquake or any other natural disaster.
• Smooth transition of students from school to home and vice-versa.
• Responsible escorts comprising of staff members, well behaved, trained and police verified drivers on all school buses.
• Direct contact between parents and class teachers through phone, social media and other channels.

HEALTH

• A well equipped clinic with first aid facilities and on-duty nurse.
• Annual basic medical check-up of each student.
• Tie-up with reputed child specialist in case on an emergency.
• Tie-up with hospital with under 10 mins response time in case of emergency.

SANITATION

• Clean, filtered drinking water provided through industrial R.O. system.
• Fortnightly checkup of water filters to ensure purity of water.
• Food provided in canteen strictly monitored on daily basis.
• Clean, odourless toilets for boys, girls, staff and visitors.
• Water stagnation is not permitted in any area of the campus.
• Fogging and pest control at regular intervals.
